The Partner Ecosystem is your workspace-level view of every partner relationship and target account. It lives in the left sidebar under Partner Ecosystem and has three tabs: Partners, Settings, and Global Prospect List. Partners added to any event collab automatically appear here. You don’t need to add them twice.

Partners Tab

Your partner list shows every company in your ecosystem. Click any partner to open the account mapping view for that relationship. Each partner shows their name, domain, and logo. Use the Show Hidden toggle to reveal or hide inactive partners. Click + Add Partner in the top right to add a new one.

Account Mapping with a Partner

Click into a partner (e.g., Amplitude) to open their dashboard. This is where you see how your accounts overlap with theirs. Summary cards at the top:
  • Total Accounts - Accounts in this partner’s list.
  • New Business - Potential new logos from the partner’s customer base.
  • Active Pipeline - Accounts where an intro has been sent or meeting booked.
  • Target Prospects - Partner’s customers on your target list.
  • MQLs - Marketing qualified leads driven by this partner.
  • Opportunities - Active follow-ups tied to this partnership.
Company-Level Account Mapping is the main table. Each row is a company with columns for:
  • Company - Name and domain.
  • Vertical - Industry (Fintech, Food Delivery, Health & Wellness, etc.).
  • Next Step - Current status (Future Event, Intro Sent, In Conversation, etc.).
  • Your Company - Your relationship with this account (Customer, Prospect).
  • Partner - The partner’s relationship with this account (Customer, Prospect).
  • Events - Which events this account’s contacts have attended.
  • Partner Notes - Free-text notes for coordination.
Filtering: Filter by View, Source, Vertical, Region, Next Step, Status, Relationship, and Business Type. Quickly find accounts like “Fintech prospects where we’re both Prospect status.” Manage Columns: Customize which fields appear in the table. Activity: Switch to the Activity tab to see recent changes and status updates. Upload Target Prospect List: Upload a CSV directly from the mapping view to match against this partner’s accounts.

Free Tier vs. Paid Tier

Free tier customers can map accounts with paid tier customers inside a collab. Paid tier customers get full ecosystem mapping with all partners across their workspace, independent of any specific event.

Global Prospect List

Your master list of target companies. This is how you know which event attendees to prioritize. If someone registers for your event and they’re on your prospect list, you know they matter. Prospects come from two sources: automatically from event signups, or manually via CSV upload.

What You See

Each row shows:
  • Company - Name and domain.
  • Relationship - Customer, Prospect, or Partner (color-coded).
  • Source - How the company was added (Event Signup or Uploaded).
  • Vertical - Industry vertical.
  • Events - Which events this company’s contacts have attended.

Adding Prospects

From events: Click Sync Events to pull in companies from your connected event platform. Companies whose contacts have registered appear automatically. From CSV: Click Upload CSV to import your target account list. CSV format, max 5MB. Headers: company_name, website_domain, vertical, region, relationship. Click Download Template in the upload modal for a pre-formatted file. Manually: Click + Add Prospect to add individual companies. You can also upload your existing customer list here. Tagging accounts as Customer vs. Prospect lets you see at a glance whether an event attendee is a new logo opportunity or an existing account.

Filtering

Search by company name or filter by Source (All Sources, Event Signup, Uploaded).

Settings Tab

Configure your ecosystem taxonomy. These settings apply across your entire workspace and define the labels, colors, and categories used in account mapping.

Verticals

Industry verticals for categorizing accounts (e.g., Fintech, Gaming, Health & Wellness). Click + Add Vertical to create new ones.

Regions

Geographic regions (e.g., LATAM, NAM, EMEA). Used for filtering accounts in the mapping view. Click + Add Region.
