Overview

Event Platform Sync automatically captures attendee data from your connected event platforms. No more exporting CSV files, cleaning up columns, and manually uploading attendee lists into your CRM. heyBTW handles it.

Supported Platforms

What Gets Captured

For each event linked to a collab, heyBTW automatically captures:
  • Registrations and RSVPs (with timestamps)
  • Attendee check-ins
  • Contact details (name, email, company)
  • Engagement signals specific to the platform

Automatic CRM Matching

Once attendee data arrives, heyBTW matches each attendee against your connected CRM using email address as the primary key. Matched attendees are linked to their CRM contact and account records, enabling attribution tracking from that point forward. Unmatched attendees (contacts not yet in your CRM) are flagged for review. You can configure whether these contacts get created in your CRM or stay in heyBTW only.

Cross-Platform Events

If you use Luma and your partner uses Splash, both platforms sync into the same collab. Attendee data is unified regardless of which platform each side uses. This is one of the key advantages of heyBTW for cross-organizational events: you don’t need to be on the same tools to collaborate.

Real-Time Updates

Event data syncs in near-real-time. As attendees register, RSVP, or check in, the data appears in your collab automatically. No manual refresh required.
