Overview

A workspace is your organization’s home in heyBTW. It holds everything: your integrations, your partner network, your collabs, and all your attribution data. When you sign up, you create a workspace for your company. Team members join the same workspace to share access to collabs, dashboards, and partner data.

What’s Inside a Workspace

Your workspace sidebar gives you access to:
  • Overview - Quick stats, integration status, and recent activity.
  • AI Insights - Cross-event intelligence and recommendations.
  • Collabs - All your active and past co-marketing collaborations.
  • My Partners - Your full partner network with performance data.
  • Settings - HubSpot settings, event platform settings, and team management.

Integration Status

The Workspace Overview shows the connection status of your CRM and event platform integrations at a glance. You’ll see cards for HubSpot (or Salesforce), your connected event platform, and Lead Enrichment status.

Quick Stats

The overview displays high-level metrics including:
  • Total number of active collabs
  • Total signups and attendees across events
  • Revenue influenced and program ROI (once attribution data accumulates)

Team Management

Invite team members to your workspace so they can access collabs, attribution dashboards, and partner data. Each team member authenticates through their own account, and access is scoped to your organization’s workspace.
