Overview

The shared workspace (collab) is where you and your partner coordinate on a co-marketing event. As a collaborator, you have access to everything you need to participate in the event without managing a full heyBTW account.

Workspace Layout

When you open a collab, you’ll see:
  • Event Overview - The event name, date, location, and description.
  • Invite List - The shared list of target accounts and contacts for the event. You can view the list and contribute contacts from your side.
  • Attendee Data - After the event, this shows who registered, RSVP’d, and attended.
  • Attribution Metrics - Post-event data showing how attendees progressed through the pipeline.

Contributing to Invite Lists

Your partner may ask you to contribute target accounts to the shared invite list. You can add contacts and companies that your organization wants to reach at the event. If you’ve connected your CRM, you can pull directly from your account data.

Viewing Attribution

After the event, attribution data shows up in the collab workspace. You’ll see which attendees converted to meetings and opportunities. If you’ve connected your own CRM, you see this data from your organization’s perspective, showing how the event impacted your pipeline specifically.

Your Data Stays Private

Even though you’re in a shared workspace, your CRM data stays private to you. Your partner sees shared event metrics and attribution results, but never your raw CRM records, internal pipeline, or data from other partnerships.
