Agents are AI workflows that run across your event data, CRM, and partner ecosystem. Each agent answers a specific question at a specific phase of your event lifecycle. Access them from Agents in the workspace sidebar. The Agents dashboard shows your workspace-level stats at the top: total Events, Attendees, Companies, Partners, and Integrations.

Pre-Event Agents

These run before your event to help you plan who should be in the room and how to maximize pipeline.

Invite List Builder

“Who should be in the room to maximize pipeline?” The Invite List Builder uses AI to generate a targeted invite list from your CRM pipeline data and partner account mapping. It’s a 3-step workflow: AI Builder, Link Collab, Summary. Step 1: AI Builder Tell the agent what you need in plain language. For example:
“Build the invite list for Berlin Fintech Dinner. Budget is $15K, need 10x ROI. Show pipeline accounts and what partners can bring.”
The AI returns a prioritized list split into two sections:
  • Your Pipeline - Accounts from your CRM with deal data. Each account shows a score, tier, deal stage, deal value, win probability, contact name and title, location, industry, prior event count, and partner warm paths (e.g., “Stripe, warm via payments integration”).
  • Partner-Sourced Accounts - Accounts your partners can bring to the table.
Use the Refine field to iterate. For example: “only Tier A in DACH” or “remove under 500 employees.” Add accounts individually or click + Add All. The bottom bar tracks Pipeline value, accounts Added, Partners count, and Projected ROI. Step 2: Link Collab Link the invite list to a collab (your event). The agent shows the collab details (name, date, status, partner) with a Linked confirmation. Below that, choose your GTM Destinations, where to send the invite list:
  • Outreach (AI Agent) - Push contacts to Outreach sequences.
  • Apollo (AI Agent) - Push contacts to Apollo campaigns.
  • HubSpot (AI Agent) - Sync to HubSpot.
  • Splash (Invite Direct) - Send invitations directly through Splash.
  • Luma (Invite Direct) - Send invitations directly through Luma.
Each destination has Preview and Send buttons. Preview lets you review before pushing. The invite list table shows Company, Contact, Title, and Source for each account. Step 3: Summary Review everything before finalizing: total accounts, destinations, projected pipeline value.

Account Overlap Analyzer

“Where do partner relationships create GTM leverage?” Analyzes account overlap between you and your partners to find where partner relationships can accelerate your pipeline.

Partner Activation Planner

“What should each partner contribute to drive pipeline?” Recommends how to activate each partner for a specific event based on their account overlap, past event performance, and relationship strength.

Live Agents

These run during your event.

Live Event Pulse

“Who’s here and what conversations matter most?”
Coming soon. This agent will surface real-time intelligence during events, showing which high-value accounts checked in and what context your team needs for conversations.

Post-Event Agents

These run after your event to track impact and drive follow-up.

Pipeline Impact Tracker

“Which deals moved because of this event?” Connects event attendance to pipeline movement. Shows which deals progressed after attendees engaged at your event.

Follow-Up Intelligence

“Who needs follow-up and what context do I bring?” Identifies attendees who need follow-up and provides context: what they attended, their deal status, partner relationships, and recommended talking points.
