The My Partners tab lives inside each collab. It shows every partner involved in that event, their tier, co-host status, and sourced leads.

Partner List

Each partner row shows:
  • Company - Partner name, logo, and domain.
  • Tier - Dropdown to assign a sponsor tier (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Supporting, or custom). Only visible when Sponsor Mode is enabled.
  • Co-Host - Whether this partner is a co-host on the event.
  • Sourced - Number of attendees sourced by this partner.
  • Visibility - Whether the partner can see other partners in the collab.
  • Actions - Edit or remove the partner.
The workspace owner is labeled Owner and always appears at the top.

Assigning Tiers

With Sponsor Mode enabled, use the Tier dropdown next to each partner to assign them to a sponsor tier. This controls what attendee data they can see. See Sponsor Mode for details on configuring tiers.

Adding a Partner

Click + Partner at the bottom of the list to add a new partner to the collab. Enter their company name and a contact email. They’ll receive an invitation to join. You can also add partners from the top nav bar using the + Partner button.

Editing a Partner

Click the edit icon next to any partner to open the Edit Partner modal. Two sections: UTM Source Attribution (left side) Set the UTM source value for this partner (e.g., utm_source=braze). When attendees register through this partner’s tracking link, they’re automatically attributed to this partner in the Partner Source column. Click the auto-generate button to create a UTM value from the partner’s name. The Partner tracking link is generated once a Luma or Splash event is connected to this collab. Copy and share it with the partner so they can promote the event with built-in attribution. Co-Host Contact (right side) Set the primary contact for this partner:
  • Co-Host Name and Co-Host Email
  • Send new invitation email checkbox - Check this to send (or re-send) an email invitation to the co-host.
  • Custom Message (Optional) - Add a personal message to include in the invitation email.
The partner’s domain is shown at the bottom of the modal.

Partner Visibility

The visibility column controls whether a partner can see other partners in the collab. Toggle this per partner. Some sponsors want to know who else is sponsoring. Others prefer privacy.
